Cottage Colour will ship client purchases transacted via the website, phone order*, or in-store throughout the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Sales tax will be included for Cottage Colour purchases made within California.
*Orders placed by phone or in-store will require client-sizing measurements in order to determine the most comfortable possible fit for our sizing templates.
Standard shipping or Standard Ground shipping services are used to send (a) couture item(s) to clients. The choice of Standard or Standard ground will depend on whichever shipping cost is more economical. Should the client’s total purchase reach or exceed $1,750 Cottage Colour will pay the cost of shipping (All applicable taxes in the State of California DO NOT apply to the total purchase minimum for free shipping). For all other purchases totalling below $1750 the client will cover the cost of shipping. Should the client(s) request (any sort of) expedited shipping service the cost of the shipping will be paid for by the client(s).

NO CASH RETURN OR CASH CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED. The said in-store credit may be used at anytime following receipt of the originally purchased item(s) at the Cottage Colour Boutique.
ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL UNWORN OR UNUSED CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR THE SAID IN-STORE CREDIT. ANY AND/OR ALL RETURN ITEM(S) MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE TO QUALIFY FOR THE SAID IN-STORE CREDIT.
THE SAID IN-STORE CREDIT WILL BE EQUAL TO THE ORIGINAL LIST RETAIL PRICE OF THE ITEM. IF THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED ON PROMOTION THE SAID IN-STORE CREDIT WILL BE EQUAL TO THE ORIGINAL LIST RETAIL PRICE OF THE ITEM MINUS THE PROMOTION.
COTTAGE COLOUR WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. CLIENTS WILL COVER THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING.
